Marcia Stein
Chief Executive Officer of Young Survival Coalition

With over 20 years experience as a health care leader in both non-profit and for-profit environments, Marcia Stein is a 12-year breast cancer survivor who has served nine years on YSC's Board of Directors. She is an entrepreneur dedicated to building and working with organizations focused on the provision of health care services to underserved populations. Most recently, Marcia served as co-founder and Chief Development Officer for Senior Whole Health (SWH), an innovative, multi-state organization providing coordinated care to the elderly and disabled.

Marcia is a seasoned executive, experienced in all phases of organizational development, fundraising, strategic planning and operations through her work with SWH and YSC as well as with Neighborhood Health Plan, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts and Core Health. She holds undergraduate degrees from the University of Chicago and Boston University and a Masters in Physics from Tufts University. Marcia and her husband Nick have a 10 year old son, Ben.
